LogMeIn Installation Instructions

General Instructions to install LogMeIn remote support software to your computer. Only proceed under the guidance of a support technician. If you have any question please contact Technical Support at 586-415-5555.

1. Visit the following website: http://www.m80.net/support/ and locate and click on LogMeIn.msi or click here.
2. Click on option to RUN button when or if you see the following screen
   

   

3. Click on NEXT button to proceed to the next screen

   

4. Click on I Agree button to accept the license agreement

   

5. Click on Typical and then click on NEXT button to proceed to the next screen

   

6. Click on the Description Box and type in your company name, hypen, your name then click on NEXT button to proceed to the next screen

   

7. Click on the Computer Access Code box and type in the code 5864155555.
8. Repeat the code in the Verify Computer Access Code box.
9. Click on NEXT button to proceed to the next screen.

   

10. Click on the Email address box and enter in: dbarker@electrosonics.net
11. Click on the Password box and type in the password given to you over the phone
12. Click on the LogMeIn Free button to select the free LogMeIn option
13. Click on the NEXT button to proceed to the next screen.

    

14. Click on the NEXT button to accept the default location and proceed to the next screen.

    

15. You will see on installing screen… Wait till it completes.

    

16. Click on the FINSHED button to complete the installation.
