Use this option when you must be authenticated by a specific IP address in internet applications such as:
STATIC-IP service is not to be used to provide limited or unlimited public access to your equipment and/or servers. If your equipment and/or servers are going to be used by users other than the subscriber, then you need DEDICATED-IP service. See DEDICATED-IP description for additional details. |

| Block of fixed IP
addresses for dial up users or dedicated service users.
Use this option when you are hosting servers at your location for public access. Ideal for Terminal Servers, VPN servers, WEB servers, FTP servers, MAIL servers, GAME servers, WEB CAM servers, and any other service that requires an addressable fixed IP address. DEDICATED-IP service is designed to allow you to provide limited or unlimited public access to your equipment and/or servers. One or more IP addresses allocated to you will usually be listed in a DNS server allowing access to your equipment using a domain name rather than a number. |
